Voting/Residential Member (available to property owners whose principal residential address is located within the boundaries of the Center Avenue National Register Historic District. Specifically, this includes owners of single-family residential dwellings & owners of multi-unit dwellings who reside on the property. Residential membership and corresponding voting rights are extended to each member household)
